We can support you throughout your project: from our free design service and selection of materials to the final fitting. It’s the only way we can be certain of maintaining the standards you expect.
Forging Matters have been commissioned to create a wide range of Bespoke Metalwork pieces and the only limit is your imagination. These include gates, pergolas, railings, public art, sculpture, signs, wall art, steel windows and doors, bronze cladding and furniture, shop fitting items and detailed hot forged bronze work. Timber, stone, glass, plastics and lighting can be combined with the metal work.
Our skills are build on traditional blacksmithing work and high end fabrication work, which means that we can undertake traditional restoration, conservation and replication work where required.
Over the years the hot forge work has grown more structured through the use of jigs and dies and has included increasingly exotic materials, including aluminium and the forgeable bronzes. The fabrication angle has been combined with precision engineered elements to the point where it is almost executed to the same tolerances.
