Staircase and Balustrade in bronze
Mono beam in 160x80x5, tread supports in 5mm plate and 200x10mm top plate, steel channel in 50x50x5. All Powder coated.
Uprights in 5/8” brushed and waxed brass, screwed into the top channel and glued into the treads with invisible stainless steel dowels.
Treads in 45mm European oak with machined slots for the uprights and dowels, four pins from the tread supports so we are not just relying on glue and two pins into the wall.
Downstands in the same oak with 25mm dowels and glue so they can not be kicked off.
